Valentino's was founded in 1986 by Italian brothers Mario and Fermino diSilvestro, who previously managed a fine dining establishment in Harrogate known as Number 6.

Their goal was to bring the cherished traditional flavors of their home region, Pianella in Abruzzo, to the local community. Today, Valentino’s is under the ownership of Rick, who began as an apprentice at just 15 years old.

He now collaborates with Danny and Pablo, both of whom honed their skills under Fermino for many years, ensuring that every dish served offers a truly authentic Italian experience.
